Very nice idea, but i think that the framing is too tight for this ocasion - it should be looser in order to give a sense of how free is her rambling hair. Other than that - you've lost all the details in the snow, so we can hardly tell that it IS snow. You should use polariser, or underexpose the pic a little bit.
